Player Concersn - Transfer Request by player

Hi There, i have just recently taken over a team where players have been unhappy due to not being played by previous manager. Since i have came in 1 week ago i have played the players who were unhappy yet they have handed in a transfer request bids have been placed which i am unable to reject. can i please have this transfer blocked as this does not give me a clear run at my new team by losing my best players.
