Payments
Sometimes transactions from PayPal are not registered with our website automatically. Please send your Transaction ID or Receipt Number as well as the date you purchased this as a support ticket and your account will be updated as soon as possible.
Paid for Features may be purchased using your credit or debit card, pay by mobile or through a Paypal account.
When a refund is made on an Upgrades product we could incur a cost depending on the method of the refund. We may therefore ban any future Upgrades activity.
Game Worlds
It can take several hours for the Game World to be allocated to your account.
SM cannot reserve any club for any of its members. Numerous Game Worlds are created throughout the day at random times and you also have the option to either reserve a club or purchase a Standard Game World via Upgrades.

There is not set time in which you need to create your purchased Game World.
Gold Management
You have one day removed from your Gold Management each day at 06:00 AM GT.
We allow you extra days to cover any misunderstanding over renewal of membership.
These Gold Management minus days will be taken from your new days.
