if i make a standard game world and someone hacked my account and has now quit my real madrid team how do i get it back thanks

someone hacked my account and quit my club out of my game world, which was public open and now someone else has now taken the club... how do i go about getting it back, because i brought the game world for £4.99 and now i dont even have a club i dont think thats fair, can someone please help thanks
