Is there any way to report inappropriate behavoir ? There is a manager in my GW selling all the best players for CV to external clubs.

He took over a decent Arsenal in my GW, shortly after that TL-ed all 90+ players and sold them for CV value to externals. The team is pretty much destroyed at the moment, left with only 21 players. Is there any chance SM will take action in this case to undo the transfers ? If yes, how can I report it ?
