players refusing to sign

Im at brisbane roar fc, and have over 100million to spend but no player,over 85 wants to sign for me,the rest of the league have top players,im getting ready to quit.anyone else had this problem?.I had wellington fc before and won afew titles and cups and won the cup last season with brisbane,but now just getting fed up!! cheers!!
