Any ideas when gold championship 149 will start?

It's over a month since the last one, I heard SM create one when the demand is there but looking at the latest game news some are created within days of others and for some it takes months, this is extremely frustrating? In my experience the first match of a championship has been the weekend one so I would imagine that the new gold championship would be created somewhere at the beggining of the week to give managers a chance to join a team and get a few transfers in and out, does anyone know if they ever have the first match midweek?
