Coutinho has started 9 Serie A games (+ come on as a sub in 7), 2 CL games & twice for Brasil yet remains on 85?

Whereas Wanderson of Al-Ahli Jeddah in the Saudi Arabian league, who has never been capped at any level, has never played in a top level league or for a top level club was given a 2 point rise a few days ago and is now considered to be worthy of a 1 better rating than Coutinho by the SM "experts"! Can someone answer me as to how this could be?
