it looks like ive been banned from doing deals

ive sent an email to sm, is there any other way to contact them?? ive been banned from doing deals with 1 of a few decent managers on sm and im taking it a bit personal, we have been banned in gc 57 and there is only a handfull of managers willing 2 do any deals, how can i contact them???
