all my transfers are blocked

I cannot understand why all my transfers and loans are blocked. In each game world I am playing with each club that makes an offer for my player... I never cheated and I don't know what can be wrong - I am from the Czech Republic and the other teams that placed an offer for my players were from England, Italy and other countries, so it cannot be because of IP addresses... So why is that???? In that way, I want my money back which I paid for 2 years of gold management and two custom game world!
