player concerned due to lack of games?

i took over everton 3/4 of the season through with lots of unhappy players...ive played wesley sneijder every game apart from when he was injured but the guy is even more unhappy? my other players who were unhappy are dropping back to level 1... I dont want him to hand a transfer in as he's my best player, but what more can i do? Any help greatly appreciated
