i want to make suggestions to make the game better how do i go about it?

The suggestions i have are: div 2-5 clubs should be allowed 5 players on loan as in real life, well your allowed as many as you like but can only field 5 players, so it should be allowed 5players on loan for division 2-5 teams to give the smaller clubs such as kettering a better chance of making a challenge. and division 1 teams should only be allowed the 2 loans. i think each club should have an assistant manager and be able to choose an option for the assistant manager to pick the strongest fittest squad available for the up and coming fixture. Thanks
