Cheating by joining and then immediately leaving unmanaged clubs

Is it regarded as cheating in the following scenario. I had a deal accepted with an unmanaged club in the game world. A user then takes control of this club, and IMMEDIATELY resigns and joins another club (which also had a big transfer accepted). Further details. My bid was accepted for Hernandez of Marseille, and a bid from another manager was accepted for Alexis Sanchez of Lazio Manager history: Lazio 20th Jul 11 - present Marseille 20th Jul 11 - 20th Jul 11 Valencia 7th Jun 11 - 12th Jun 11
