How do I complain about the size of a players squad in one of my game worlds?

In one of my gameworlds there is a player with a 217 man squad!! How is this even financially possible? Surely the wage bill for such a squad would be through the roof. Don't get me wrong I like the fact you can have a big squad but 217? Come on! Surely that is a bit excessive?
