Please help, I have set up an custom game world for co-workers and would like to remove one? Any way i can get them removed by the SMFA?

Basically a co worker who was invited to our custom game world has lost all interest in the game world and all respect from the other managers within the game world (In both real life and SM) and has recently left the company on bad terms. I have been asked as the game world creator to have him removed, But there doesnt seem to be a function to do so. Is there any way i can request the SMFA to remove him?
