this is urgent!!!! i made a bid for ronaldo and the SMFA blocked it.

i immediately contacted the other manager and he replied saying that he thought it was a fair offer and tried to accept, however, it said up the top of the screen that the SMFA have blocked the transfer. what does this mean???? why di they block it????
