Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Why is it a benefit to us to be a Gold Member when you add so many competitions that we have to enter teams for?

A professional manager has the Assistant manager to pick the teams for these games which is more of a benefit to them than those Gold managers who have to do a lot more work for a competition not worth bothering about, especially when it goes to penalties, because you don't choose them anyway!!!
