How come my player concerns don't go away

I have a player that developed a concern for not playing enough games. He made 34 appearances in 48 games, 10 of which were in cup competitions. So he made 24 appearances in 38 league games, 8 in which he came on as a sub. And he got injured toward the end of the season so he missed a few more games. To my calculation he played in about 3/4 of the games he was available for and he developed a concern. How?
