Is there a specific pattern or time frame between creation of Gold Championships?

If I can know when a GC will be created before hand then I can go in and reserve a club of my choice before hand. I do not have much knowledge of Div 2 or lower division football and so would ideally like to reserve a club in any Div 1 club of EPL, SPL, Serie A or Bundesliga. However, all these clubs are already reserved by the time I see the notifications regarding a new GC...Any tips would be appreciated.
