Player concerns increasing whille they are injured?

Javier Hernandez is injured for another 3 weeks. Javier's concern level is at 4, this has continued to go up since his injury. I'm worried that it will increase again soon and i will be forced to sell him, surly this is unfair? what can be done? cavani also is injured for 2 more days (from the 16th Dec)and has gone up to concern level 3, as he was also in my first team. his concern level went up on the 16th Dec while he was injured.
