Whats with the player changes at mo?

Last few days Spain / England leagues are been reviewed and seems to be a bug in program. Firstly I'm not receiving any notifications that they have been changed in reports like i have been doing. Also it says 2 of my players have improved. Chris herd from 75 - 80 and gary gardner from 75 - 78. but neither of them have changed on their ratings and stayed on 75?????? what happening?????
