I was cheated by another manager in a two-part deal. What can I do?

I'm managing Chievo and I was interested in Juan Mata from Cagliari. The other manager said Ok if I sold him Godin for 12M before we do the 15M + Podolski + Di Natale for Mata. I accepted it anc immediately sent Godin to Cagliari but after receiving Godin he's not accepting the offer for Mata and he's saying on the newspaper that he never agreed on that. I've a PM of this! What can I do? Can you undone Godin's transfer or make him accept the Mata deal?
