PART EX-CHANGING WITH OTHER TEAMS

If I were to part ex-change 1 of my players for a player with a lower valued player from another club would I receive cash??? i.e (My player £6m) WITH (Other teams player £4.5m) Then would I receive £1.5m from the other team when the deal is complete??? Thanks
