Player Disatisfaction

I don't know where else to put this but the "Player Dissatisfied With Number of Games" programming is about to make me leave this game and I have been playing for a long time. To lose a player who has played 10 out of 24 games, given loss of fitness and need to rest is simply ridiculous. There has to be some player rotation to keep the team heath up. I have another 6 players at level 1 dissatisfaction but those I can understand given their situation. The question is how can 6 players be at level 1 and the other one at level five. Could it be it is because he is Silva Neymar? Is it just me or does it look unbalanced to anyone else.
