I've purchased the gold membership pack with my visa card and its not showing on my account. I've been into the shop queries but im only able to raise a shop ticket if purchased using paypal, have emailed the contact us email address but the standard reply says its not customer support but only for business enquiries so not sure i'll be getting a response. Is a delay for the gold management features standard? If not does anyone know contact details for customer support? Thanks Paul
