Why are my players unhappy when they have played lots of games?

Suarez has made 36 appearances (9 as sub) and it is game 32 in the league. He is unhappy with not being played enough! I've got some players who have played 20 games. The players ahead of them are of a higher rating and are performing better over time! Why then are they unhappy???
