Trouble displaying the soccer manager website! Any ideas?

Hi guys. When accessing soccer manager the website appears strangely, as if it hasn't loaded properly or as if it were a website from the 90's. This makes it unusable and I was wondering if anybody has had similar problems and knew a fix? I can send screenshots of the display if required. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE9, Firefox and chrome trying to sort this but nothing! Thanks!
