distribution of prize money for winning the league

Well i have noticed that the prize money for winning the league is small. but what concerns me and my question to you SM is why do teams that came runners up or 3rd or 4th get more money from their chairman after the league finishes and my team gets lesser amount even after winning the title ?? PS: before you even get started on bigger clubs i manage real madrid. and i know about the other clubs sums because my friends are managing those clubs !!!
