Unmanaged clubs and job offers

When a club is unmanaged, and is in it's 'transition period' it says i must wait until the period is up. I read up that this is around 120 hours. Is there an indicator that tells you far along the period is? It's just I dont want to find out next week that the period was over days ago and someones signed the player I was after. Or do i simply just have to wait and check every day until the period is over. thanks.
