unfair result which has caused me lost the first place

Approximately one week ago, my team played with a weaker unmanaged team(Atlanta)as a home team. Unfortunately my team was not able to win the match. But in the first round,my team was able to win the game as an away team with the score of 3-1. What I am curious is given all the situation remains the same(tactics, squad, formation), how come my team was not able the win the match easily as a home team? I was quite furious at the result of the match. Instead of seeking for the answer, I am here to file my complaint. This is a clearly unfair result. I hope that SM could work on this. Please be realistic.
