Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

it all depends on what club you were if its a big team man u man c so on so on.. it will be offered to some one else in the game world and i dare say they will take the job.. my advice is take another team in the same game world look out to see who is offered the job send him or her a nice PM explaining what happened.. ive done this myself and i got my team back...
