Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

You'll have to wait and hopefully the money at the end of the season can get you out of it. I do believe that from past experience your chairman might automatically buy in like 3 70 rated players worth 10k, so that gives you the ability to sell some of your more higher rated players, but still maintain your minimum 21 players.
