Had such experience in one of my game worlds. I got some tangible proof about him so i made a report to SM. BAM!!! All his shady dealings/exchanges were revoked. What was left of his team was so scanty, he should be playing in division 3.
The question is : Do you have any proof what-so-ever concerning his dealings? If yes? Make a report. You would be glad you did.
