Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Each team has different tactics and style of play, but in all honestly if you squad is quite good and your facing a lesser team I'd suggest 3-5-2 with Default settings, if your versing a harder team I'd suggest 4-2-3-1 with custom settings etc, but it is entirely you're decision on what tactics suit your team best, I might even be wrong as they vary.
