Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

SM implemented a pardon over the Christmas break where managers had an extra 10 days to log-in. If you believe that this time limit has passed, and this manager still has not been sacked, then it is probably a bug. There is a link to the left where you can report any in-game Bugs.
