well , just like in real life you have to pay the players salaries and you win money when you win and lose when you dont.
and because you have no money you cant buy players, and if you offer matta whos worth for example £22m for rooney whos valued at £28 it will say not enough funds because matta value will not cover rooney's value on it self.
