Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Yes, it is essentially self-explanatory. One of your players is upset because of his lack of playing time. Simply continue to play this player on a regular basis and the concern will diminish over time. If you do not play him, he will gradually become more concerned and will eventually request a transfer away from your club.
