Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

When changing the economy of your league to a higher level, it does not mean that you will all of a sudden have more money in your balance. It means that prize money will be higher, external clubs will give you more money when transferring players, etc. It does not mean that you will get more money automatically in your bank.
