Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

drag a non-suspended player from the bench or reserves to the position of the suspended player then they should swap. just make sure the non-suspended player can play in the suspended players position and the non-suspended player is free to play!! so make sure hes not injured cup tied or suspended etc.
