Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Personally, I would say ratings are taken more into account than morale. I don't have any proof; I am just using common sense.

A player can be upset or disappointed in real life and still play well. For example, Messi could be upset that he is not playing enough, but he is Messi and can still play like the best player in the world.

If a player is rated 60 and he is very happy, he won't play like a 98 no matter how happy he is. :)
