Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

That happened wt one of my players. I took over a club and he was at level 1, I was playing him and eventually I noticed it increased to level 2. I just continued to play him even when he was not match fit and his concerns went back to level 1. I think it has to do with how often the game worlds get updated.... Or I was thinking that my player needed to play more games than the others in his team.....especially the players that shared his position.
I guess if he wants to play and he isn't fit.....play him regardless.
