Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

If you think there is match fixing going on then you need to view one of this person's match reports and click to Report Match Fixing.

It is pretty easy to select "male" instead of "female" though when setting up an account so I wouldn't read too much into that.
