Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

They may be sorting this out as we speak, but I agree, Wilshere is the best youngster in the world and deserves to be rated at least 90, Smalling should be rated 88/89 (same as Johnny Evans), Bale was superb in the Champions League so he deserves a rating change, Young should be rated 91, Nani has been good and should be rated 93 and Rodwell should be rated 89. Also, Oxlade-Chamberlain should be rated at least 80 with the media attention around him.
