Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Anyone can post or search for a question or answer within the Answer Centre and anyone will be able to reply to a question.

If you wish to play in the same Game World that is owned by SM (i.e. a World, English, etc. Championship) and wish to conduct transfers with one another, then problems may occur as far as the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use are concerned. (see below)

If you are playing with friends, family, or coworkers and wish to conduct transfers together, then I would advise purchasing a Custom Game World via the SM Shop where you will be able to turn off SMFA monitoring of the league.
