Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Unfortunately, any player who has not made a professional cap for their club can not be added to the database. I am also interested in this competition and it seems a shame we can't add stars of the future to Soccer Manager. Highlights of this competition are on fifa(dot)com.

P.S: Yessil of Germany in the tournament is a very good talent and is being linked to Arsenal.
