Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Answer

When you create a new Game World, you have the ability to set whatever rules you please. Some examples of options you will have are the following:

*Control your league's economy level (i.e. strong, weak, etc.)
*Turning player concerns on or off
*Turning SMFA control of transfers on or off
*Allowing managers to buy from external clubs or not
*Setting transfer windows
*Buying players only from the nationality of the club you manage

and so much more.
