Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Report this if you believe it to contain spam, obscene, offensive and defamatory content.

It means that your player has a low condition and it is advised not to play that player in the next game in order to give that player rest.

A player that is not match fit will likely not play to his full potential.
