^^ In response to the guy who copied and pasted it, in english its basically saying that theres a problem with your account or the guy who is selling you the player. If it is weighed too much to one side (E.G. Messi is estimated at 40m, but you can pay up to 140m. If you pay 40m, and they accept, obviously Messi being who he is, its a little uneasy, so there is a fair chance SMFA will block the deal. Anything which seems unfair is reversed.
