Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

Player concerns are an extension of morale, so concerned players will generally have low morale which impacts on performance.

Ultimately though, if the concerns reach Level 5 (or a combination of high concerns) then the player will request a transfer at which point your chairman will handle the transfer (i.e. you cannot reject any bids over min value).
