Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Yeah it's true, you must let them play more oftem...

By the way, be carefull if it's an important player because:

When they reach LEVEL 5, they request a transfer and you can't do anything about it, plus, if unmanaged clubs are the only ones to make offers, you'll profit much less, so, if they reach level 4, let them play or Transfer-list them so that you get a reasonable offer...Cheers...
