Answer

To see if a player is tired or not check the condition percentage. You can view this for each player if you go to tactics and then on the right of the screen select "Views" and there you will find that option.

If on a player you see the message "Not Match Fit" then it is suggested not to use him. Of course, it is up to you if you will use him or not, but there is a high risk of injury.

I would suggest you the following:
1) if a player has condition which is >=85% then you can use him full game
2) if a player has condition which is between 78% and 85% use him and substitute him during the game.
3) if a player has condition which is below 78% then i would keep him out of 18 squad or i would use him as a substitute after 75minute, of course with some high risk of injury.
4) i would NOT follow the 1,2,3 rules if and only if the game is very very very crucial (of course with the same and very high risk of injury)

Of course all the above is personal view. I mean that you can experiment and follow your rules.
